Refresh & Energy BOOST in 5 minutes: Banana, strawberry & dates Fruit Shake

The summer is around the corner and there is no better refreshing & boosting drink like a fruit shake.

After a lot of researches and experiments, i give you one of the top fruit shakes for this summer.

Ingredients:

2 dates (recommended medjool)

1 banana

5 Strawberries

Banana, strawberry & dates Fruit Shake

1/5 cup water

1/5 milk

2 ice cubes

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a mixer for 1-2 minutes and have a great refreshing day

On top for decoration you can put nice leaves of fresh mints & some berries

Tip:

For those who doesnt drink milk, you can easily convert it to water / fresh-squeezed orange juice
